This sketch didn't come out like I imagined, and I wasn't satisfied, so I decided to start over on it. You'll see that one starting tomorrow!
I wanted to draw Nes leaning over with his paws on his knees, like he was ready to race somebody, but I kept adjusting his pose over and over because it felt like his head wasn't positioned on his torso right, and his body felt out of proportion (torso too short, limbs too long?). All those little fixes didn't lead me anywhere more promising. I tried to see if it would look better after doing a tiedown, but I was wrong. Oh well! But I'm sure some of you will enjoy it so I'm going to share it privately here anyway.
