Change of Plans

Hey guys, your good friend and humble host Dinmoney here with some important news. First, I want to apologize for the delay on Queens Climax. Next I will lay out my plans for getting back on track and moving forward from this point.

Queens Climax will no longer be a Roguelike Hentai Deckbuilder, it will be a classic visual style game like Best Elf. While a card game would be fun, if we can't do it in the timeframe promised to you, then we cant do it. Don't get me wrong, delays happen, but this has gone beyond that point and I owe it to you, the players, to rectify the situation. Therefore, I will be taking on the role as programmer myself just like when I started Faulty Apprentice.

What happened to our previous programmer?

While he is my friend and an excellent Unity programmer, at the end of the day this is a business, and Unity is just not the best for making VNs. So he will no longer be working with us.

What to expect next?

I will be using RenPy software to make Queens Climax, so you can expect all the features you would want in a VN. Basically, just like Best Elf. However, I want to make the sexy scenes a little more interactive. I can't say anything specific yet, but now that I am in 100% control of development, you can expect development builds on patreon as soon as they are ready.

I like making VNs. You like playing VNs. So let's hope for a bright future relationship together!
