I went to a community college too so the funding is even the same. In the beginning of the video you asked what kind of content we wanted to see more of. I know that generally, I watch you to take the edge off. A lot of political content that i consume is either theatrical like contrapoints, peter coffin, philosophy tube and all them or it's a wordy and dense lecture on philosophy or economics. I think your content is at it's best when it sets itself apart from the crowd by being funny, casual and edgy. My favorite one is your Steven Crowder transgender episode. I was already very on board with trans rights when I watched it, but it really opened my eyes to just how bad pundits like Steven Crowder and Ben Shapiro really are. I think most of your aesthetic appeal is as "the reactionary leftist" not because you're actually a reactionary but because you've tapped into that angry, edgy, deeply ironic, making fun of your opponents aesthetic and are using it for the left. I also really loved when you just went over Bernie Sanders prison reform plan line for line. I have ADHD and no health insurance so i've been unmedicated my whole life and it's wicked hard for me to focus on anything dry and political and having someone with a sense of humor just sort of read out valuable information for you is great. I also think there's sort of an untapped market for that sort of direct electoral information. The only thing I learned about Bernie Sanders from all of the rest of lefttube is that leftists liked him. No one ever said what policies he supported that make him so great. If you wanted to just literally read random policy proposals that you thought were good or bad ideas and explain why. I would eat that shit up😂. Also, just from a strategic standpoint, I know I click on your videos most when they have a vaguely cheerful vibe to the thumbnail. So for example, your episode on what richard spencer said which shook me to my absolute core, i clicked on because the title card said "richard spencer said whaaaat?" And even though the episode itself was dark, you drew me in with the promise of a good laugh at richy spencies👌. Vice versa the episode on the kurds I hesitated to click on for a considerable amount of time because it promised to be somewhat serious. Your content doesn't need to shy away from dark topics but your title cards should probably be lighthearted.
