Want to get into 90s hardware? Start with an FX module
Added 2024-01-17 04:54:26 +0000 UTCA cheap 90s FX module is a great way to dip your toes into outboard gear & get a great texture / tone on your ITB productions. Let's take a look at the Zoomstudio 1201 from 1997 as an example.

Hey Daniel, yea the midiverb 3 is great! most people prefer the midiverb 2 or quadraverb, but the midiverb 3 is usually much cheaper and candidly just as good. i have one, think I paid $60 for it 6 months ago or so

Lot of folks focused on the Quadraverb / Midiverbs (understandably, as they do sound amazing), and something like the DP/4 is insanely expensive now (though to be fair, is way more powerful) - these Zoom boxes are gritty and lush. such a bargain if that's the sound you're after! enjoy man!
