Derek, I just become a patreon member just to mention an idea I had. There is another Youtuber that you may know, Radioactive Drew, I'm thinking you two should team up on a project. His latest two videos on the Santa Susana Field Laboratory just 20 miles north of LA is great, must see.

2024-11-24 15:00:05 +0000 UTCI teach various communication classes in our local Civil Air Patrol squadron. They include use of HF through UHF frequencies. We practice ground and air searches near the emergency frequency of 121.5 kHz AM . (Members hiding the transmitters get very creative; placing them in metal buckets, under power lines and one we missed; on the roof of a van, parked under a corrugated steel garage roof. But we did find the garage, from ~10 miles away, in suburbs.) I will show this new video at the next opportunity!

As for the video itself, those were some *outstanding" plane animations. At first blush I thought they were live-action. Her loss was a tragedy for sure. I wish she'd conceded some weight to having rescue / survival gear. If she'd survived I think her insights from lessons learned would have been fascinating to hear.
