The manipulation of the poll data was definitely super sketchy. 42 and 69 aren't "random", but the entire point of the video is that most numbers don't feel random to people. The multiples of 10 aren't "random", but rather than being thrown out like 42 and 69, they are held up as examples of numbers people don't pick *because* they don't feel random. I get it that it's reasonable to say people are picking 42 and 69 because of their cultural significance, but tossing out data that doesn't agree with your hypothesis based on assumptions does a disservice to an audience that appreciates scientific rigor.

2024-04-01 19:33:07 +0000 UTCAt 15m04s, when you factor out the S from the sum, the leading summand should become 1/S but it remains as 1.

2024-03-31 03:04:22 +0000 UTCOmg, isn't 37 of 100 close to the golden ratio? 100-37=63 63/37=1,70 100/63=1,59 And the golden ratio=1,62

2024-03-29 16:54:33 +0000 UTC42 being the answer to Life, The Universe, and Everything, and 69 being the number every teenaged boy laughs at... :-)

2024-03-29 12:21:13 +0000 UTCThe nail with the 37 on it -- Utility poles would put them in to stamp what year it was installed, and then later when it was inspected. My utility pole was installed in 1936 so just missed it.

2024-03-29 11:55:58 +0000 UTCPretty funny - cute. But from your own Largest Poll Ever, 37 was NOT the most chosen. Hmmm...

2024-03-28 21:43:55 +0000 UTCNot a fan of this video. Why didn't you publish a hash of your intentions before asking the question (pick a random number) that you expected to result in 37 majority? It would have been easy and I know you know it should have been done. As it stands this is just cherry picking and numerology. Love your channel to bits but you can do better than this one. <3
