I see the plot thickens... Wow! Worth the wait!

B-randy D

WHOA.

Meghan Kirby

I audibly gasped at this intro! I hadn’t heard of this case before and did NOT see the twist coming. WELL DONE CASEY & TEAM!

Katy Turley

Jamie’s ring was successfully removed and thrown out the window is what I understand. Jennifer’s wasn’t fully removed.

Kait Miller

In the introduction and at the end the narrative mentioned that Darren had attempted to remove Jamie's wedding ring unsuccessfully. But a few sentences later Darren said he through it out the window on the way to Tennessee. Which is correct?

Mark Ofmalovia

I’m a bit of a worrel stan..

Christopher Worrel

Lol they are very plain aren't they

Andrea Johnson

Wow. What an unmitigated c-word surrounded by fools.

Andrea Johnson

I always wait unit I’ve listened to the whole podcast before I match the faces to the characters, and she was nothing like I’d thought. She could be your neighbour. The way she orchestrated this truly is evil. I don’t understand this world. An innocent life was taken, and for what?

fiona liston

WTF did I just listen to? These people are dumb as rocks and terrible humans. Darrin’s trauma and brain injuries don’t excuse his behavior, he was able to live his life just fine before reconnecting with Jennifer.

Megan

Strange name and picture….

Zac

As much I think Darren deserves to rot in jail, I also can't help wondering what he would've been like if he didn't reconnect with Jennifer. He was nostalgic after suffering a brain injury and being lonely and she was clearly extremely manipulative. I wonder if he could have lived a normal life if he didn't reconnect.

Demi

Not all country music is bad! Haha

Zac

I felt less bad for them when I realized how ugly everyone was

Christopher Worrel

Ugh, this is sooooo horrible. Let’s this be a warning that it’s never a good idea for a married person to reach out to old flames on social media, probably not going to end well! I blame most of this on that horrible country song. 🤦‍♀️

Mandy G

It’s not like she’s Margot Robbie, she’s more like Shrek. Definitely not worth doing 60+ years jail for. In all honesty, what a deplorable and disgusting woman and what an absolute idiot Darren was to believe it.

Zac

That was wild.

SalBee

Excellent episode! Are you planning on covering a particular/special case for episode 300?

Raechel Decker

Excellently written, starting this season off with a bang. I find it never ceases to amaze how the diabolical are not terribly bright. It certainly does cast a different light on, "how well do you know your partner?" and that part hit a bit close to home.

Alan

Now I have that stuck in my head. 😆

Brenda Wells

Man, this was a painful one.

Gale Hogsten

I always am curious what these people look like, how do I put it politely, Jennifer is not a looker

Tori

Really excellent episodes! What a great way to come back from your break

Magz

I used to love that Little Texas song. Yeesh. Good one, Casey!

AR

An ELO song comes to mind.

Bob Trenwith

Back with a bang Casefile ..a complex case as usual covered brilliantly

Gail

"Out out damn spot."

Michael Brodie

Great to have Casefie back! Just when you think this world cannot get any more crazy here is Casey with a hold my pint!

Epona 2

Great reporting of an ethically complex case.
