I love your mention of “should have,” “could of,” etc. I can’t even get my phone to stop correcting “of” to “have” so I left the first one! All of friends who use “of” are also native English speakers, which I find very interesting.

You caught me guys. Despite my PFP with a Nike shoe, I work for adidas. Lol. You guys are pronouncing it the actual correct way

I’d like to suggest the disappearance of Ray Gricar in Centre County Pennsylvania as an upcoming case. Disappeared in 2005 and the Jerry Sandusky case blew up a few years later. Perhaps they’re related? Also on his desk was the Centre County manual of procedure open to the page that explained how to replace the DA. Fascinating story. Thanks! Love the podcast!

The Soundwave/Big Day Out nostalgia 🖤🖤 Shattered to miss Hellfest in France, that line up is insane! Should pop over there if you get the chance to grab tickets Casey! Thanks again for another great year of exceptional content. The casefile team is on the top of the list of my favourites creator's.

We will cover case 260 the Alpine Manor Murders on the next ep of BTF

Thanks guys for answering my question in such depth. I came across Casefile almost at it's beginning and I don't remember wincing once at your English Casey. Although, you have to set the speed to 0.5 for the first few :-) Plus, I don't recall being taught grammar in any formal way throughout my school years. It was only taking German in school that I started learning grammar. Even though German grammar is a lot different to English, it did actually help. Before I got crook, I was a lawyer at one of Australia's largest law firms. A partner there really helped me to lift my writing game. As Steve Martin said on Colbert, Casefile is exceptional in the care taken with the scripts. I can't think of another podcast that reaches the same quality. I can do a pretty good imitation of Dan Carlin. Knowing that he was part of your inspiration for Casefile Casey, I'd love to pick a Casefile episode and deliver it in the vocal stylings of Dan Carlin...Oh, and yes, I could never have music on when I studied. Cheers guys.

I get so irritated when lay and lie. My mother in law, AN ENGLISH TEACHER used to do this and it drove me batty.
