Here is the news video to watch after listening to case 46. People have asked why we didn't name Mr Smith? Well there is a court supression order. We couldnt find anything to suggest that supression order has been lifted.
For those not in Australia, channel 7 is a major nation wide media outlet. I have no idea how they were able to name him. But a court supression order isn't something I really want to play around with. Chanel 7 have billions of dollars and a lot of lawyers. We don't.
Even the retired detective interviewed refers to him as, "This fellow".
