This VA has a wonderful balance of the quiet simmering anger and the explosive rage that can’t be contained. I feel like in so many other audios either it’s too much, too loud, at ramps up too quickly or it’s not enough. This is the first angry VA I’ve listened to from BKS that had me completely sucked into the story and didn’t break me out of it because the anger felt so believable, and I loved it. Very well done!

I live like 30 minutes away from NY and lots of my neighbors are NYers, so a bad accent is very grating on my ears. Secondly, a lot of mafia stories are kinda over the top or stereotypical for me. But this one, I absolutely loved. This VAs voice and acting is incredible. And the story I can deal with, as it's kind of realistic to old mafia stories and even stories you might find in The Wire. 10/10 this was great, I hope this VA sticks around, and this is probably the only mafia themed audio I'm ever gonna listen to 😅

I don’t mean this to sound rude, but I cringe so hard at the NY accent; as a native New Yorker. As someone with this accent, I always joke it’s one of the least sexy or pretty sounding accents. The other VA’s are great at doing accents, so I don’t want this to sound rude, but I turn the audios off when the other VA's are doing mafia audios. I like how this VA does the accent. It’s hard to explain but there are subtle things I notice where it sounds less cringe and less exaggerated.

The Mafia Boss x Prosecutor trope, the "You Hurt Her and I'll End You" combined with "My Wife", and how he's someone who is usually cold and unemotional in work but when you get his wife involved he just loses it and will do whatever it takes to get her back. I just am so done for this character and how emotional he gets over her. The way he's just so gentle with her and the aftercare is just immaculate. We love a gentle man behind that rough mafia boss exterior!!! The absolute emotional rollercoaster Mr. 13 takes us on with his acting is crazy; the range this man is showing! I'm so glad he's throwing out how capable he is of even MORE. That makes me look forward to future audios. ALSO! Nicole's first script with BKS and it just came out guns blazing quite literally! It was so thrilling and I love the plot and the emotional spectrum we were taken on. I find that the script itself was brilliant and was made even better with how Mr. 13 acted it out. Does Mr. 13 have things he could improve on? Definitely, I'm sure others could point out things I have missed or have been too distracted by to notice. But I feel like this VA is such a diamond in the rough and with enough time and audios, he'd be an amazing Mister in his own right. Mx. Deep, always a pleasure to see them tagged on an audio! All the SFX and audio editors are superstars to me, and I will never stop appreciating the work they do for BKS. Bless you CEO Rob for this dream team you've grown in BKS 🙏
