Here are some of the most common questions I’ve received throughout my career:

1. Where can I find the new content or the previous content?
   All my new and old content can be found at the link in the Patreon Welcome Message.

2. Where do I find the welcome message?
   You can find it in the "membership" section on Patreon. It’s important to clarify that this feature is not available in the Patreon app — you MUST USE A BROWSER, either on mobile or PC.

3. How can I contact Makaro Kono?
   There are two ways: the first and most recommended is to send a message through the Discord server, as I’m more active on that platform. The second, less recommended way is to message me on Patreon, but I usually take longer to respond there, since I only open Patreon to post things, and it doesn’t always notify me about messages.

4. Does Makaro take commissions?
   Not at the moment, since I haven’t learned how to handle that kind of request yet, and I don’t feel I have a standardized style to offer commissions.

5. Why do you use MEGA to share your work instead of other options like Dropbox?
   I've tried all kinds of platforms, Drive, Dropbox, Mediafire, and none of them have offered me efficient security tools such as changing the link from time to time or better organizing my content for you.

6. Do I need to pay for a MEGA membership to download all the content?
   No, although for new users you can only download 1.5 GB of content, I always make sure that each animation I publish does not exceed that limit… of course, I can’t say the same for those who want to download all the content at once...Although there is supposedly an option to use a VPN to avoid that download limit...but I haven't tested it yet.

7. What’s the point of joining the Discord server?
   On Discord, I post "work in progress" images of most illustrations, you can share your ideas, I make informal announcements, you can suggest characters to draw, and you’ll get notified about new posts I make on Patreon.

8. How do I access the Discord server?

9. Will future content be affected by these changes? Will there be less content?
   No, the content will remain the same as always and what I announce in the updates. The only thing that changes IS THE WAY you access the content.

10. By combining all the links, do you mean that all Tiers will have the same content?
    No, each Tier has its own link and can see what corresponds to it. When I say I simplified all the links into one, I mean that the welcome message is no longer full of links all over the place like it was messy — now everything is organized into a single link.)
