Weekly progress report #278
Added 2025-04-20 14:41:57 +0000 UTCHello. Time for another progress report. Should be the last one before the next public release, but we'll see. As of right now I'm a bit stuck on remaking the old stuff, because it's all connected, and if I change one thing, I have to change what follows, and let me tell you… The way I structured those early acts makes me hate older me. Why did I do it like this? Argh. But anyway, the work is still going forward, and that's the important part.
But my main focus is still the new stuff. As of right now I'm kind of in a pickle because there's only so much I'll be able to pack into the public release, and some character still haven't gotten anything proper. Barbara, Josiah, Tyler, Aoife are all neglected and sad. Which also makes me sad. If I made a poll about those characters… well, I don't need a poll, I know who will win. But man, there's just not enough time for everyone. Oh, well. I'll figure it out. Still, Iris's important scene is finished, Monica's important scene is finished, and mr. (not miss!) Werthers's important scene is finished, and those three would contribute heavily to the endings, so I'm glad there's at least that.
