Version 0.18 is released!
Added 2023-01-18 17:42:08 +0000 UTCYou can find it in my Mega folder. This time, as you can see, the compressed version is significantly bigger. That's because I bumped up the quality of pictures (it's on part with the png version now) and added the music. Now, there could be some compatibility issues with the music lines in the script, so report any problems you have, I'll try to do something.
Now, about this version. It's big. It has more than 290000 words, more than 1000 images not counting the backgrounds, 259 new sprites and total nine days for the story. New characters, new locations, everything is new. I hope you will enjoy it.

Not showing the points was a deliberate choice, so that the game wouldn't turn into a mechanical process of acquiring as many points as you need to progress. Plus, most of them essentially lose their importance after a certain point, and there are so many different types of points, it would be unfeasible to count them all. As for gaining them, I'd say that I tried to make the choices pretty obvious, and since you get 90% of points in the first four acts, it's just natural to assume that those are the most important dialogue options.

One tiny annoyance I had though is that you can't your sub/dom/straight/bi/ect points in game anywhere and unless you pull up the walkthrough there's not really an indication to the player that they're gaining them. Accidentally locked myself out of Vanessa's route the first time because of that.

2023-01-20 04:13:48 +0000 UTCWell, to be perfectly honest, this number includes RenPy syntax which isn't actually dialogue, just some technical lining, and it can be anywhere between 5 and 20% of the size. But yeah, I write a lot. It's not really about working ethics, I think. More like about free time, since I do spend every last minute of mine with Blake.
