Animation is like 10% finished/ August Update

Hi! Welcome welcome to the bi monthly (is that a word) Peargor Patreon update! Right now I'm in my jammies sipping the worst coffee I made so far, also I have a throbbing hangover because I was a moron last night. Average day for Pear.

Koishi Project

Hassssss been making steady progress so far. The whole animation is currently being all animated by me, however I think some of the Patreon money can be used to help out some of the smaller scenes. Particularly the scenes in the middle with all the rapid cuts and stuff.

I usually work on animations on my own, but this is such a grind so far that I'm gonna keep looking for outside help. I'm kinda picky, but I think I got another animator on standby... I just need to make these ref sheets of Koishi that I keep putting off

I Was Born To Work Retail (Comic) 

Last month I updated the comic with two more chapters,
"Ep.7 - Kneecaps" and "Ep.8 - To Err is Human"

Ep.7 - Kneecaps

Was a play on how people abuse parking spaces, and how Zoey's kinda a dick of a human being.

It's also set at nighttime for the first time in the comic, which lets me play around with lighting and stuff a lot.

My only concern so far is that Jenny's currently being overshadowed by the other major characters, despite being the main character in the comic :laughcryemoji

Ep.8 - To Err is Human

Establishes a new character in the comic! Oooooo scaryyyy

Honestly I still am not sure about the direction I should put shadow dude into, not because I dont know what to write, but because of it being censored back home.

Now there's an actual threat in the comic though, and I got a lot planned for him in the future.

Overall thoughts

Establish Jenny more as a deeper character

Pacing is good, I'm just impatient

I hope new shadow character doesnt get me in trouble or something

Next chapters are gonna be them chilling again, slice of life stuff

Once it reaches a point where I think the comic has enough chapters, I will start the animation process for it, and launch it with a teaser.

Art block. More like animation idea block. Will get back to it next week update? I hope. If you guys have any ideas toss them down in the comments cause my brain is drained

Streaming

Next week. Saturday morning, Touhou stream and general requests. I hope I hope, cause I keep getting interrupted with life stuff.

Patreon only Discord
Once we reach enough people on here (idealy 150 patreons) I'll launch a Patreon only discord! In which I will host Patreon only streams in it, and have some space to actually talk to people.
