Mae-mae's adventure. Also info!

Hello there. It's a new month, and I'll start updating the stuff here once more soon. 

This month has been...surprisingly stressful to me!! Last year February was awful too! And this one has been...mentally tolling aswell. I got hit by my first ever influenza!! That was....interesting... I also had a small...mental breakdown over the future of my art during said influenza. Most likely due to the sickness making me tired. 

But during my sick week. Something very exciting happened. In my...doom and gloom. I started desperately sending my comic to finnish publishers... And right now. Two of them seem interested in publishing the comic. This means that if....AND ONLY IF...everything goes well... Clownfish Twister will be made into an actual book. To me, this is very much a dream come true. The publisher I've been conversing more actively with even stated that they don't really mind me continuing the webcomic on webtoons either. So things are ...LOOKING up.. I suppose. The target page amount of the physical book is supposedly 192 pages. (Which includes cover etc.). So my February ever since then has been consumed by preparing the book for being publishing ready. The actual date of the publication will be fall 2018 if it ends up happening. 

I've rasterized...over 40 pages last week. And this week I'm working on both the cover for the next chapter for Clownfish...which I already finished, and a more fancy cover for the actual book. The latter one is gonna...take a few days... This is also my petty excuse for why I haven't been able to finish a color image set for this month. And for that I am sorry. I'll be posting the cover artwork once it is finished here...maybe this weekend. Or early next week, depending on how detailed it will be. All the other stuff will be on time though. So don't worry. Each patron category will receive the usual stuff. Just the color image thingy will be a bit late. 

Also...I read up online that it's common for publishers to give the artist a few copies of the book to spread around. IF...I do get a physical copy this year. If the people in question are not against it. I'd like to send my top 3 patrons (Calculated by overall time/amount used on my patreon) a free, signed physical copy of my book. As...thanks for believing in my work enough to pay for it. But that discussion will be talked more seriously once it is actually publishing time and such. I've been a bit stressed out due to the publisher taking nearly 2 weeks already without a reply to my latest message...And all of their phones on their website are disconnected... XD So.. I'm a bit on the edge... BUT! It's among Finlands largest comic publishers. I bet they'll reply sooner or later... I'm just a bit easy to get stressed over things that I really really care deeply for. 

I blame dad for being a bit paranoid.... He loves conspiracy theories... 

But yeah...long story short... I'll keep doing my best. Please bear with me.
