Something to think about

This time instead of a regular text post (we kinda settled most things already, at least when it comes to v0.8), I want to ask for your opinion on a subject which fate I haven't decided yet. It's not exactly a poll in a regular sense, because I reserve the right to make a decision by myself, but I need some feedback on that matter.
Basically, as you probably know, there's a dark figure in the world of Shattered. His name is mr. Werthers. He's my off-screen go-to villain. If there's something terrible going on in the city, it's probably his fault. Mr. Werthers is an ugly, fat, disgusting and perverted person. And he has a lot of indirect connections to Blake, believe it or not.
Question is⦠do you want to finally see him in the game? Like, being an actual character with his own model and events? Maybe he could do things to Blake⦠Maybe not. I'm asking about the general idea. Could his presence be interesting for you? Naturally, he won't be a fully fleshed secondary character (like Zoey, for example), but he could interfere in some of the already existing routes. Add some suspense or flavour. He's a villain though, and a very shitty person, so don't be surprised when he shows it. So, what do you think?
