I find the marks more erotic, as it is a visualization of the former Knights submitting to the Orc and becoming Orc themselves. But, as the artist, you should always draw what pleases you the most :)

This time I drew an illustration of a female without marks. Would it be more erotic if I had? If you want, I can draw females with marks on their stomachs.
