Mapmaker Update: July 2017

Hey everyone!

I've been ITCHING to share this update with y'all for weeeeks now, but I've been waiting for the first arc of Twilight Mirage's planet-side game to wrap up.  (Here's a little bonus insider info: In my own notes, I refer to the planet game as "Dawn" and the ship game as "Dusk.")

I've been waiting for that partly so that I can show you their character sheets in the state that the characters are in as the first set of arcs come to a close... but also because I wanted to share the map of Quire with you, and it felt a little silly to share that before you'd heard the crew unlock it themselves!

So, find that below (and attached!) along with the character sheets, a general map of the Milky Way with marks showing where Twilight Mirage is happening in relation to where COUNTER/Weight did... and the goofy little "combat map" I threw together to give my players a sense of the convoy that was coming under attack during the latest episode! 

And hey, here's a little preview of what's to come: All those question marks on that map of Quire? Those are spots that the late Divine, Curiosity, marked on Quire when they visited the planet. And each one has a small sketch of an idea of a place, enough for a vignette, a "mission," a bit of lore... who knows. And as the players explore, interact with NPCs, and expand the Mesh's presence on the planet, they'll see more and more of it. The question I have is what they'll do at these places, how they'll deal with who or whatever is already there, and to what degree the objectives of the Fleet and the various factions already on the planet intersect with each other in play!  

I cannot wait for them to start moving around and exploring, and I'm hoping you're excited for it too.
