Traits

Legendary Resistance (5/Day). If she fails a saving throw, she can choose to succeed instead.

Arcane Mastery (3/Day). Odione automatically succeeds on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.

Arcane Essence. Odione has resistance to all damage. Additionally, when she is subjected to an effect that allows her to make a saving throw to take only half damage, she instead takes no damage if she succeeds on the saving throw, and only half damage if she fails.

Essence of Magic. Odione is a 30th-level spellcaster. Her spellcasting ability is Intelligence (spell save DC 26, +18 to hit with spell attacks). She has the following spells prepared:

Odione has 1 additional spell slot for each spell level, which she can use exclusively to cast her wizard spells. She regains all expended spell slots when she finishes a long rest. She may sacrifice a 10th-level slot to cast a 6th-level spell with a standard casting time of an action as a bonus action, or an 11th-level slot to cast a 7th-level spell as a bonus action.

Piercing Spellcraft. When a creature succeeds on a saving throw against one of Odione’s spells that deals damage, the creature takes the spell's damage halved plus an additional quarter and suffers no other effects from the spell.

Immortal Essence. When Odione is reduced to 0 hit points or dies, her body and belongings are destroyed but her essence returns to her divine domain. She reappears with all her hit points in her divine domain 1d4 days after her death, and is aware of the events that led to her demise.

Innate Spellcasting. Odione's spellcasting ability is Intelligence (spell save DC 26, +18 to hit with spell attacks). She can innately cast the following spells, requiring no material components:

Actions

Telekinetic Dominion. As an action, Odione targets one object or creature she can see within 120 feet of her. If it is an object, it must weigh up to 5,000 pounds. If it is a creature, it must succeed on a DC 26 Strength saving throw or be pushed up to 60 feet in a direction of Odione’s choice and be knocked prone. Alternatively, Odione can choose to lift the target 30 feet off the ground, rendering it restrained for 1 minute. The target can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success. If the target is a creature, Odione can use a bonus action on her subsequent turns to force the creature to make a saving throw or take 20 (3d6 + 10) bludgeoning damage as it is constricted by the telekinetic energy.

Legendary Actions

Odione can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. Odione regains spent legendary actions at the start of her turn.

Teleport (Costs 1 Action). Odione magically teleports to an unoccupied space she can see within 120 feet.

Counterspell (Costs 1 Action). Odione casts Counterspell.

Cast a Spell (Costs 2 Actions). Odione casts a spell from her list of prepared spells, using a spell slot as normal.

Mythic Actions

If Odione has 0 uses of Arcane Mastery left for the day, she can use the options below as mythic actions, utilizing the potent magic within her legendary artifacts: The Cloak of Endless Universes, The Orb of Fathomless Chaos, and The Scepter of Inscrutable Destiny. These actions count as legendary actions and Odione can only use them at the end of another creature's turn.

Cloak of Endless Universes (Costs 2 Actions). Odione utilizes the Cloak of Endless Universes to bend spatial reality, teleporting herself and up to three creatures she can see within 60 feet to any location she chooses within 10 miles. The creatures brought along must be willing, and Odione must know the location to which she is teleporting.

Orb of Fathomless Chaos (Costs 3 Actions). Odione channels the boundless chaotic energies within the Orb of Fathomless Chaos, unleashing a maelstrom of wild magic in a 60-foot radius centered on a point she chooses within 120 feet. Each creature in the area must succeed on a DC 25 Wisdom saving throw or become subject to a random effect determined by rolling on the Wild Magic Surge table. The chaotic energy persists, causing affected creatures to reroll on the Wild Magic Surge table at the start of each of their turns for 1 minute.

Scepter of Inscrutable Destiny (Costs 1 Action). Odione wields the Scepter of Inscrutable Destiny, enabling her to manipulate the threads of fate. Until the end of her next turn, any time a creature she can see within 120 feet of her makes an attack roll, saving throw, or ability check, she can use her reaction to roll a d10 and apply the number rolled as a bonus or penalty to the creature's roll. She decides to use this mythic action after the creature rolls but before the GM determines whether the roll succeeds or fails.
