2022 Wrap Up - Thank You!

2022 is coming to a close and it's time for some reflection this year.

My 2022 goals were to draw more comic/manga, Lonbin doujin, and among other things.  Needless to say, I DEFINITELY drew more comics this year, but unfortunately it was behind doors and I couldn't share it with you all.  It also took a lot of my time and I had to prioritize that work over the other things I originally wanted to do.  I couldn't touch my Lonbin doujin nor my original stories I wanted to make.  I apologize for not being able to share much at all this year.  If anything, I feel disappointed in myself for not being able to meet my 2022 goals.  However, this experience has only harden my resolve to jump back and get to work to accomplish what I couldn't this year!

So my 2023 resolutions:

• **GET TO MY ORIGINAL COMICS!!!** (This is my priority for 2023)
• Finish Lonbin doujin
• PKMN Legends Arceus doujin (I have plans, but nothing concrete yet)
• more monochromatic full illustrations

For my original comic, I initially wanted to do a collection of short stories tied to the original characters I've introduced here on Patreon, but I have decided to move away from that.  I want to go ahead and just start sharing the longer story surrounding the original characters I've shown here on Patreon rather than the short stories.  There are still some planning and organizing I need to do before I start drafting the story, but know that I have TWO original stories I want to draw at the same time and share here on my Patreon.

The first one is "Cryonics" (title not final), a sci-fi survival horror(ish) story surrounding an unknown disease outbreak (not corona related mind you lol) that has caused the world to deteriorate.  The story will focus on two sisters' survival and hopes to find a healing pod that will freeze them until a cure is found.  This story is meant to be short, so I'm aiming somewhere between 3~5 volumes worth of materials.

The second one is the story surrounding my original characters that I've shared here on Patreon.  I don't have a title right now, but I will announce it as soon as I get it finalized along with the how I want their stories to tie in together.  This story is meant to be the longer one of the two.  I'm aiming somewhere between 10~15 volumes worth of materials.

I hope to start sharing character designs for Cryonics later in January.  I also hope to iron out both stories as much as I can and hopefully start sharing drafts of the first chapter of both series.

Of course, along with that, I will also continue to draw my doujins on the side.
