when I load her into the H scene, her face is frozen, how do I fix that? Is it suppose to happen?

2024-01-10 04:09:12 +0000 UTCfor some reason it is not loading her and others properly. some of them work no issue at all but with Mavis and a few others either the hair does not load in or the face is a nightmare with cheeks shooting out 12 inches among other crazy visuals. it for mavis it says the zipmod is outdated when I load her.
