Evann makes a solid amount of money just through Patreon subs alone. I would guess he makes upwards of 8k a month. He also makes quite a few cards each month. Adding commissions will only benefit him if he makes them pricey to meet demand. I would assume a card from Evann would cost around 500$ USD or more, given his popularity and the quality of work. Some people will pay for it, but in the end, it's more work for Evann, as Insomnia said.

I would say that in normal cases, but in this case it is different. Young and/or small, but 18+ is one thing, but sometimes there are characters that have a look where there isn't any element in how they look that makes it transferrable to an 18+ version. I've dated mostly small women and even I find some of the choices questionable in appearance. And it isn't as simple as preferences, because if at any point it becomes a legal issue then we all get caught up with a case even those of us who don't have that preference. And while he can make a statement that he only creates 18+ versions if it gets to the public and they decide it isn't the case things can go really bad. I've seen situations where the mob being angry overrides the way things should be handled in cases where there was evidence the person didn't do something, so in this case where things are legit questionable at times it is walking a thin line with the lives of the creator and everyone subscribed, so this case can't be compared to normal cases of preference, because it can potentially affect more than just the person with the preference.
