I will understand if you tell UK users to go away as its far too much garbage to deal with. I didn't vote for that stupid shit but the people in charge think it will fix all the problems that the internet has, but all it will do is nothing. Until then I will keep paying.

2026-01-15 01:11:43 +0000 UTCI feel like all payment gateways are like that. I will try to not put my full trust onto one platform at a time. This is tough with subscriptions. Often it's not possible to move subscriptions from one platform to another, so if a subscription provider kicks me out I still lose a lot of monthly income. For this reason pixeldrain currently only supports prepaid deposits outside of patreon.

Do not be naive, strict yourself to legal communication via emails as much as possible. Also you can run on Runpod.ai anything you want with powerful GPUs. Maximize push on free users, this is unique service and you are not charity.

Basically a list of potential failures, how likely they are to occur and how severe the results would be. Then what you have done to mitigate the risks and/or what you plan to do to mitigate 🥳

It goes without saying that I will continue to financially support Pixeldrain for as long as it exists, and your future project FNX.storage if it were to replace Pixeldrain. On a side note, I agree with you that the free internet is dying because of the censorship that is increasingly being imposed everywhere. For now the demands are kinda reasonable, and I can probably get it done. But if they start demanding more I might still resort to blocking the UK. I might also still want to visit the UK in the future, without being apprehended at the border control.

But men ... 90% of users are free? Honestly? Shut that down as cost increase has nothing to do with fun. I cannot wait for FNX.storage. Paid only at reasonable price. I hope there will be option to transfer between pixeldrain and fnx. As for UK? I think you can safely follow others. Say no to facism and block UK from accessing services. It is what it is ... never negotiate with government run by dictators.

2025-12-31 14:54:09 +0000 UTCI can probably set up some migration tool. It's on the todo list. FNX.storage will also have support for rclone from the start, so I could probably use that. FNX will be completely separate from pixeldrain though, so the files will really have to be copied from one server cluster to another. That will take some time depending on how much data you have.
