This service is awful. It is always slow. Sometimes 10x slower than other sites. I paid and linked my account at least 5 times and the site accepts it but then it will show that I'm not a paid user. The downloads have always been slow. So I often cancel the download after a few hours.

You can only log in with e-mail after your e-mail address is verified. If you have not verified your address it will just say username not found. Have you tried logging in with your username?

The page at the link in the email sent when subscribing to the Patreon, https://pixeldrain.com/api/patreon_auth/start , fails to load.

I can't login it says wrong password but I use a password manager so I know it's not, also I can't reset because for some reason my account doesn't have an email attached even though it has my Patreon connected.

Speed is up and down, some files are really slow so maybe the source server makes a difference? Uploads also have been MUCH slower, currently stuck on 16kb/s ... instead of 1-3 MB/s

I looked at the post from oct about speeds slowing, as it turns out my isp was throttling my traffic to pixeldrain, and I live in the US. With my vpn on they download full bore.

Same, last time I used the site, I was getting around 30, now i'm capping at 1. Every other site is fine, seems to be just this one.

My speeds are downloading at about 12Megabytes per second, I suggest that you check your internet provider, also you might try to use a different browser

I'm a new member, as well, and my speeds are still not getting much past 1Mbps download. I did double check that my Patreon sub is applied to my Pixeldrain account.
