Ayame taped up her old cast onto Arisa's leg, slapped on a black wig and told her to act like her and avoid speaking much.
She knew her boss well enough to put on a convincing act, plus she put on a musical in the TV and Saki was asleep for the most of it.
Arisa was as nervous as she could be...and had a weird, new, hot sensation blossoming in her chest.
Little did she know, Ayame was instead working a shift at the Gips Megami...

i think the biggest clue was the tattoos peeking through the cloth, but one needed to be familiar with the NSFW versions of the girls' pics to know of Arisa's tattoos xD looking back this made it quite a difficult enigma
