Added 2023-06-22 04:15:38 +0000 UTCWhat is your ultimate fast food meal, and why?
Comments
I rarely eat fast food anymore, but when I do, it’s usually a Baconator at Wendy’s and a cup of chili

2023-08-18 09:31:38 +0000 UTCinteresting but sounds really good

2023-06-23 03:01:46 +0000 UTCSo that's one on my list to try soon. I found one finally open near where I work.

2023-06-23 03:01:23 +0000 UTCXD....I know. Sucks for you guys. In Texas we have tons of In-n-outs. I swear there are like 8 that I know of off the top of my head. Not once have I ever had to wait for more than like three cars in front of me.
Deepfocuslens
2023-06-23 03:00:58 +0000 UTCFries, yes! Burger, no.

2023-06-23 00:33:00 +0000 UTCYuuuuup the consistency always makes it a go-to. Have you tried Jollibee? It’s a filipino fried chicken chain idk if they’re around u. Highly recommend tho
Jared Angcanan
2023-06-22 22:27:54 +0000 UTCYes as someone who does live in CA, I know no such thing. We have two in the city I live and they’re packed 24/7
Stephen
2023-06-22 21:53:19 +0000 UTCAn In-N-Out with no lines? You just described a damn unicorn.😳
Bennett Oliver
2023-06-22 21:38:57 +0000 UTCokay so...I've been wanting to go there. My friend and I almost went a few months ago, but it didnt end up happening. You've just reminded me. Thank you!

2023-06-22 21:14:25 +0000 UTChm whats that?
Deepfocuslens
2023-06-22 21:14:03 +0000 UTCSure that counts. Pizza hut is a standard. Admittedly though I dont really eat it, and havent since maybe a kids pizza party
Deepfocuslens
2023-06-22 21:13:54 +0000 UTCSee for me, I've done fried chicken taste tests from all the fast food places. I feel that popeyes has some of the weaker chicken flavor-wise. And yet...the spicy chicken sandwich is next level. But for sure, Popeyes is one of my go-tos always. Best fries in the game
Deepfocuslens
2023-06-22 21:13:32 +0000 UTCanimal style?
Deepfocuslens
2023-06-22 21:12:37 +0000 UTCSame here. Aw that sucks. They have then everywhere where I am...and it's great because it's not in california, so no lines!

2023-06-22 21:12:18 +0000 UTCOh man...I havent had sonic in a hot minute. I feel like marketing wise they havent been as prevalent in our adulthoods.
Deepfocuslens
2023-06-22 21:11:46 +0000 UTCI grew up in Oklahoma, so I would have to say a super sonic cheeseburger deal from Sonic with chili fries and cherry coke.

2023-06-22 20:12:54 +0000 UTCYeah, a Double-Double does it for me. God, I miss In-N-Out. They don’t have it where I live.
Bennett Oliver
2023-06-22 17:45:06 +0000 UTCAs a Zonie, it’s pretty impossible to beat an In N Out Double-Double combo (with extra chopped chilies of course)
Christian Reiswig
2023-06-22 17:04:00 +0000 UTCI love In n Out and as a SoCal Boi ofc I have a usual order for it, but my favorite spot is Popeyes - 2 Thighs and 1 Drum of their spicy chicken, sides are biscuit and fries - blackened ranch for dipping - drink sprite or dr. pepper BUT if i’m in a rush or if i’m eating on the road i get 2 Popeyes spicy chicken sandwiches. lots of meat for just 8 bucks
Jared Angcanan
2023-06-22 15:55:39 +0000 UTCIf pizza counts, I tend to get pepperoni, sausage and mushroom with cheese stuffed crust from Pizza Hut. Always hits the spot
Stephen
2023-06-22 15:31:43 +0000 UTCFrikandel speciaal 🎊

2023-06-22 12:45:52 +0000 UTCDels charcoal burgers in downtown Richardson. Double meat with fries and they make their own root beer. Cool part is the owner works the register- such nice folks. That’s a tasty burger.

2023-06-22 11:44:08 +0000 UTCThank you, at your service (: If you're curious to DIY, there are many YouTube videos showing preparation of the meal, but personally found this as probably the best one https://youtu.be/wSkdlFdNqLU I've cooked some on the barbecue recently after return from the trip, and it was pretty good. You can buy Kebap bagnets/machetes on eBay or Amazon, but simple long knife or modified metal spatula should do the trick as well. Cheers!

2023-06-22 05:46:32 +0000 UTCWow...you have just painted me a lovely picture. Sounds absolutely incredible

2023-06-22 05:15:09 +0000 UTCSounds amazing. I am always on the lookout for good fried chicken

2023-06-22 05:14:53 +0000 UTCAdana Kebap. It's not s franchise per se, but rather a traditional cuisine. Have been in Istanbul around 3 weeks ago, and it's almost a perfect meal. You know, there is a saying that you'll "feel" real kebab twice (iykwim), but that's not true. Really good grilled lamb meal with paprika, onion and spices in it, also grilled chillis and tomatoes with lavas (Turkish flatbreads), garlic sauce and extra salad for a price of - believe me or not - from 3 dolars to 15 dolars, that you can buy on almost every street corner, from bars to fancy restaurants. When there's a break, almost everyone is going outside to get one. Shopkeepers, barbers, tourists, clerks etc. There are so many variants, that you may never try every single one in your entire life. Highly recommend it. And the best thing? It's so easy to do, you can do it by yourself in your home. Don't have lamb meat? No problem, use beef instead. But still, the whole atmosphere around it when you're in the place sold this cuisine for me.

2023-06-22 05:00:53 +0000 UTCThere's a place called Chicken Shack that's only found here locally in the Downriver Detroit area and their chicken bites with fries combo is absolutely incredible. They strike a perfect middle ground where it's not too greasy like KFC and it's not too dry either. I love KFC's popcorn chicken but this place is on a whole different level. They also season their fries better than most fast food places. I had it for the first time in years a few months ago and forgot how amazing it was. Also, it's without sauce since I've never been a fan of sauces. I don't eat a lot of fried foods but that's my go-to place if I want chicken.

2023-06-22 04:50:21 +0000 UTCFor me Cane's is so flavorless. If I must go, I make them give me tons and tons of sauce because...the sauce is the only thing for me that saves it.
Deepfocuslens
2023-06-22 04:42:09 +0000 UTCThere’s a Cane’s in Knoxville I go to with some friends sometimes and it’s pretty good but the chicken is always so hot that the breading peels right off

2023-06-22 04:32:05 +0000 UTCAt least a Frosty can’t be raw 🤷
Shane Palamara
2023-06-22 04:31:15 +0000 UTCThat sucks. One time I bit into a wendys chicken sandwich as a teen, and the center was completely raw. Like...the chicken was barely dead in the middle ><. But didnt stop me from going back lol
Deepfocuslens
2023-06-22 04:29:09 +0000 UTCNice! I’m more of a Cane’s guy if I’m craving fried chicken but you can’t go wrong with Popeyes either

2023-06-22 04:28:36 +0000 UTCI actually got it today and like 4 of my nuggets were pink inside so I had to throw them away. I was pretty disgusted but i don’t care, I’ll still eat there. My brother works at chick-fil-a so i had to tell him about that. 😂
Shane Palamara
2023-06-22 04:26:42 +0000 UTClol...that's the video that originally got me to try it. I agree with you. My go-to ultimate fast food meal is an In-n-out double double cheeseburger animal style, with fries animal style. OR...Popeyes spicy chicken sandwich with a large fry and mashed potatoes.
Deepfocuslens
2023-06-22 04:24:47 +0000 UTCVery interesting choice. I've been craving chick-fil-a hardcore this week. Their nuggets are fire. And yes...one of the best lines in the film XD
Deepfocuslens
2023-06-22 04:23:45 +0000 UTCChick-Fil-A - fried cobb salad with honey mustard & 12 count nuggets. No fries. But now every time I get chick fil a, I think of Aziz Ansari saying “Why the f*ck would I blow up Chick Fil A? It’s f*cking delicious!”
Shane Palamara
2023-06-22 04:22:09 +0000 UTCI’ve become such a big fan of In-n-Out ever since we first got one somewhat near me a couple years ago. Can’t sum it up better than Anthony Bourdain in this video: https://youtu.be/R4J1seTHAMU
