RIP Coolio
Added 2022-09-29 20:25:44 +0000 UTCNaturally, on the way to work this morning, the first song I played in honor of Coolio was Gangsta's Paradise. Duh...it's a requirement at this point.
But immediately after....you gotta go for the good shit: The "Hit 'em High" Monstars' Theme from the Space Jam soundtrack. I mean you got Coolio, Busta Rhymes, LL Cool J, all in one song!
Unfortunately I've had Thrift Shop stuck in my head randomly for the last two days. I was hoping Coolio would break the vicious cycle. But...unfortunately I am still coming out of this day....humming Thrift Shop. -_-

RIP Coolio. I could not stand Gangsters Paradise but there wasn't a house party in the late 90s to early 2000s that wasn't elevated by Fantastic Voyage or 1,2,3,4. He will definitely be missed.
