2022-10-17 19:58:51 +0000 UTCTier 3 will get you everything minus futa. If you want futa, go for tier 4. If you want past packs, go for tier 5. Mind that if you want this particular pack, I think it's too late, but it will be available as a "past pack" begining next month.
