Housekeeping updates

Our bonus editor, Sam Thomas, had to part ways with us due to school commitments (he's still the king, though), so now we're welcoming a new bonus editor, Bennett Hayes (@lyndonbhayes on twitter). We should have our crossover with SLEAZOIDS out next week.
Also, due to both the demands of our lives (and the lack of demand of you all) we changed up some of the reward tiers (no more monthly hangouts, notes more sporadic)—if you don't want to give us any more money because of this, we completely understand. We can offer you extra patroncasts coming soon-ish, though.
