WEEKLY REPORT: OCTOBER 10

I think it's time for the first weekly report. I have A LOT of news about the development of the game, and I can't wait to share it with you!

CHARACTERS ASSETS AND ANIMATIONS

A month ago, I already prepared the design of the characters that will appear in the first chapter, and started making assets for the animations. I really liked it! And this week, my team and I have been finalizing all sorts of details in the characters assets. Haru's face was the the hardest part. I couldn't decide on her eyes and emotions! I wanted to keep the origin design look, but at the same time I wanted to give Haru more expression. I think I achieved desired result 🤗

I also started working on the first adult scenes with character rigs. These animated scenes will be unique to each chapter. There will be 3 adult scenes in the first chapter.

LOCATION BACKGROUNDS

Backgrounds was one of the main tasks this week. They took a long time cause they had to be done as best as possible. They will be used not only in the first chapter, but in all new subsequent ones. Also, the backgrounds will immerse you in the required atmosphere, give the vibe of Haru's life and help the narrative.

There will be about 7 BGs In the first chapter. As updates are released, their number will increase. On the screenshot above is a spoiler of one of the Cherryton school locations  😏

PROMO ARTS

Oh that's my favorite part! At the end of September, I realized that I need to somehow promote Haru's Secret Life on social networks so the more people would know about it. I decided to do it with a lot of kinky arts. I made the in-game content in my working time, and was engaged in promotional art in my free time. By mid-October, I already had a lot of them. On the screenshot is a piece of Halloween art with my beloved Haru! 😍

During this week, our team made important technical improvements and added a bunch of visual game content. Also moved to our new engine to make the game easier to develop further. If everything goes according to plan, then at the end of October you will be able to play Haru`s Secret Life!
