Some issues you may run into using my CC.

Some common issues you might face using my CC:



1. Why is my sim's body clipping through the clothes?

A lot of times when you use premade body types, especially with custom sliders from other creators, you will see clipping through cc clothes. That happens because the clothes I make have as their base the normal base sims 4 body type and original sims 4 sliders. But they definitely work with custom bodies/sliders too! You simply have to make it from the start. In short words, start with a basic sims 4 body with no custom sliders, use my cc and then customize your sim to your heart's content. 

Keep in mind though that it will still clip if you use extreme slider options, like very big boobs, butt or odd body shapes.


2. Why do the textures glitch when used with other cc?

There are hundreds of creators out there, all using the same UV maps to make our cc playable in the sims. So a lot of times, some of us happen to overlap each other, thus our content is not available to be mixed and matched. It's pretty much just bad luck and something that cannot really be fixed.


3. Why am I seeing shines or random shadows when using your cc?

Just me being forgetful and not fixing them. If you see that contact me and I will hotfix it immediatly!

4. Why isn't your cc showing up on my game?

The most possible reason is that either I forgot to put all the correct Categories such as Everyday, Sleepwear, Party etc. So let me know if this happens so I can fix it.

If that is not the case, you either did not install my content correctly (either put it in your Mods folder or ONE folder deeper, no more than that!) or you simply have too much CC and you just miss it in the clutter of clothing options, trust me, I do that. 

If that doesn't fix it try to delete the localthumbcache file from your Sims folder in your Documents and restart the game.

5. Why does your makeup not work when I use it?

If you are using a custom skin or a custom overlay there is a chance my makeup wont be compatible with it. I have made it so my makeup is always on top to work with most skin overlays but I have run into some cases that it still doesnt work so if that is the case, it is because of the overlay you are using for that specific sim.

6. Your Lots do not show up in my game.

Make sure you have extracted the file and placed everything in your Tray folder in your Documents. Nothing is meant to be in your Mods folder! Make sure you also don't lose it in the clutter of other lots you have downloaded, and also when you look for it in your gallery tick the box that shows custom content, since my lots are marked as CC because of the custom images.

7. There are missing items in your Lots.

Then you probably don't have all the required packs installed, but the Lot will work as normal and you can just edit the missing parts. Also make sure to use bb.moveobjects and bb.showhiddenobjects before placing the Lot!
