Since she's wearing a simple karate gi you can't do anything about her appearance, just like other shoto characters like ken and ryu. They made her hair very spiky. The yellow ribbon on her neck is very good. And to top it off, they added her signature red sports bra and added cleavage so it'd be a contrast to her very boyish personality! It shows that even if she's a boy outside, she's still very feminine inside.
