A Notification About The Website

I just came from there (01:00 EST Wednesday morning) and it seems to be working fine. I did have to turn of my VPN earlier this week but most sites don't like it (they WANT to be able to spy on me).

2025-11-19 05:58:57 +0000 UTCI'm having no issues getting to it, so no advice (helpful or (usually) otherwise) from my connection.

2025-11-16 17:50:48 +0000 UTCAlright, pretty sure it's a DNS issue. My home network was using whatever DNS server my ISP automatically gives me, which for some reason doesn't know about the betweenfailures.com domain name anymore. If I override that to use the ones from Cloudflare ( https://one.one.one.one/dns/ ), it starts working again. So this would be a fix. I have no idea why this happened in the first place, but the fault lies with some DNS server(s) somewhere out on the internet

2025-11-15 11:41:38 +0000 UTCIt's the opposite for me, it doesn't work on my home wifi, but if I switch to cellular, I can reach the site normally. I'll do some digging and see if I can find out more

2025-11-15 11:29:37 +0000 UTCWhat is your phone provider? If you hotspot your phone network to a PC, it's the error carrying over to the PC?

2025-11-15 06:11:10 +0000 UTCAccessing the comic site through WiFi works just fine. Trying to access it on my mobile network I get the error message, “Safari can’t open the page because the server can’t be found.” Tried clearing my search history and still got that error. So it’s likely due to some kind of security flag that got changed recently.

2025-11-14 17:13:30 +0000 UTCIf some entity has flagged your website as adult, the recent rounds of legislations around the world on having to age-verify might interfere with access as DNS services start having trouble offering routes in contexts where the applicable jurisdiction isn't clear.

2025-11-14 09:28:04 +0000 UTCNo problem on my side. I'm definitely not an expert, but I have some basic knowledge in network/troubleshooting, so here are some questions that could help narrowing down the issue. Are your mother's phone and yours on the same cellular carrier? Are they both iPhones? What happens if you make a hotspot with your phone and try to access the website from another device? Could you post a screenshot of the error you get on your phone? With all the brains around here, someone is bound to find something !

2025-11-14 04:34:55 +0000 UTCThank you for the update. I only read comics on my tablet, and I was a little worried. Same thing happened to Misfile, oddly enough

2025-11-14 02:36:59 +0000 UTCI've seen this sort of thing happen to Questionable Content a few times. It's usually a problem with local proxy services, i.e. whichever company in a given area runs the software that connects clients (phones/computers) to servers across the web. This isn't my area of expertise though; if I were you I would just contact the company that does your web hosting and ask them to look into it.
