This is simply English question. I read that now "Black people"  is a word that should not be used, instead of it, "African American" is better. Is this true? :o And, case of non American, what word should I use a to call them? For example, if I recruit someone(African) who let me draw a portrait, How should I call?

And Im not sure this character's name... >:(

idk reason, I feel line drawing version is most sexy...

It's admirable that you genuinely care to avoid hurting people. Good on you

...I feel something strange about POC🤔 After all this problem is difficult! Well anyway, I got a answer that "Black is fine". I gonna use it without worry! xD Thank you for telling me in detail! When I touch sensitive content, I try to use it!

To answer another question, you too count as a person of color in America. Everyone who isn't white is considered a "person of color" in America. Though "person of color" is a more recent term and is typically the preferred way to refer to non-white people to my knowledge. That's what "POC" typically stands for if you see it around.

Thanks! I have no plans to give her a nationality setting. so she is "Black people"... Well, it may be better to decide her name sooner than this xD

Just go with black people or person of color. African American implies that most are from "america" (african french, African dutch, african carribean, african English exist too...) It just depends on context of that character. If shes from American, african-american, black, or person of color works.
