Challenge Class #3

Bikram Yoga 30 mins. 

This class is restorative. You will gain mobility but please do not go past your edge. There is a reason to do everything twice and when we do 30 mins, the postures are only done once. 

If i did not start with this yoga, I would not be running today. There IS a way to do it correctly without your ego involved. Mind and body awareness at its best!

Challenge starts today. One 30 min class was posted already. You can do the 30 min class or longer. Goal is to do 3 yoga classes a week. I did 30 min classes because the biggest concern I get is that my classes are too long. Hopefully 30 mins is quick enough!

Challenge Class #1

30 min class of a Bikram Flow! 

My personal opinion would be to do these classes at the end of the day when your kids are asleep. That way the class is super fast, you are more flexible from living all day and you will sleep well. Wake up with more mobility and energy!
