Blender 2.82 : Weight Paint Introduction (Advice For Beginners)

A lot of you have been asking for tips on weight painting, but I really felt like a little advice will go a long way in sparing you the frustration I encountered when I start this for the first time. Hope this advice helps those of you who may be doubting their abilities to animate like a pro :)
