PSA - please use Patreon website vs App

So with the recent changes to the Patreon App and Apple Store, not only are they not taking an additional 30% fee from us creators on top of the high platform cost Patreon charges, but they are also WITHHOLDING the funds from app purchases/subscriptions from creator for 75 days. That’s 2.5 months your subscription sits in a creator’s payout balance with them being unable to access it.
So, if you guys can, please make sure you are using the Patreon website instead of the app to make purchases/subscribe to new creators! I’m thankful I’m in a good financial spot at the moment, but it’s ridiculous how we have no say over our payouts and gettting unfairly charged additional fees :/
