have you not ever heard the saying THE HEART WANTS WHAT THE HEART WANTS? You can care for someone and loved being around them, but that doesn't always mean your in love with them. Usually it just means it's convenient. Felicity is IN LOVE with Oliver, she loves Ray and her friends and she Loves her mom. The rollercoasrer of emotions is so understanding, it's always going to be hard to follow. Apparently, from what I have heard, in the comics there is no such thing as Felicity Smoak... just like with Chloe Sullivan she was a made up character, and The Green Arrow married Dinah Laurel Lance in the comics. So, if they go by what was writen, well, guess we know the answer to THAT question... But yes, just like with Clark in Smallville, Ollie has a crappy love life for the most part.
