Some hair updates

Hi y'all this is just some updates for some hairs I have done in the past and still like. I plan on remaking the Sue and Phoebe hairs at some point since I have a better understanding of Blender now!!
PLEASE DELETE FILES NAMES AdrasteaMoon_*Hair AND REPLACE WITH THESE.
They now have 24 MM colors and 40 puppy crow colors. Howlin' Fur You has a separate file for the pride flag recolors.
Each hair is now linked together so they'll be easy to find with better thumbnails. The meshes won't be changed.
