Smallville Season 5 Episode 22 FINALEEEEE!!!!

I thought if I'm logically steeling it when it comes back to my country I would set up my PVR & record & watch a lot of episodes, not all but a lot. In my head no matter what I supported the show with my viewership in my country when It eventually came around in some form. Thank God things are better now lol

If you lived internationally like myself you waited a year between seasons. Around S3 let's say I discovered the internet and downloads to ease the pain. To cure my kinda guilt I always watched when it returned to my country to support the show. Mad I know but I did.

If Clark just did what Jor-El told him to everytime...we'd have a boring show...lol. I wished that they made the finale's 2 hour long so you don't have to wait 1 year to see the second part of the finale episode....:D great reaction

Season 8 is mine. I totally hated the soap opera element in season 6 as well but those few epic episodes you mentioned keep it from being at the bottom of the barrel for me. Even though there were a lot of major things that happened in 8,the season as a whole was the most forgettable and disjointed to me (even though I stand by the statement there's no such thing as a bad season of Smallville). As cringeworthy as the romance is, it at least wrapped all together in the end, season 8 was just all over the place.

Zod is basically Kryptonian Hitler. He believes that Kryptonians are the most superior race in the universe and that anything is worth sacrificing to ensure not only their survival but dominion. I absolutely loved his entrance. The moment where he first sees Clark and says, "you have your father's eyes" is in my top 15 moments in the show.

Definitely not my favorite finale, but it's all right! I agree the riots at the end are pretty damn silly. They were just trying to prove Brainiac was maybe right when he said that humans would devolve back into animals without our technology. It's a fun notion to think about, but if you take away my wi-fi and electricity, you'll be lucky if I want to get out of bed, let alone go out and smash some cars up. Also you have 5 seasons left of the show, haha (6, 7, 8, 9, 10). You said you were half way done at the beginning of Season 5, but you're only just now half way done. :) Season 6... is probably my least favorite. There are a lot of singular episodes in Season 6 that are some of the series best, but overall, it is one big soap opera. Excited to go through it with you though.
