KKABMX 3.0 - Rewrite/Refactor and new stuff

Version 3.0 is a big update to the codebase, a lot if it was rewritten and/or refactored. A lot of unnecessary bloat was removed while fixing issues and adding new features.
Notes
- Latest release of KKAPI is now required.
- New save format was implemented that makes cards smaller, more resilient and easier to extend. Old cards will be automatically converted, but cards made in 3.0 won't be compatible with 2.3 and older versions.
- It's no longer possible to load a text file with bonemod data, use 2.3 for that.
- Advanced UI is now always accessible in chara maker, check bottom right corner. It's also more powerful.
Changelog
- Much more stable and streamlined data load/save process. Fixes multiple bugs and issues with bone modifiers not applying correctly, getting out of sync with actual body shape, etc.
- Can save and load to coordinate cards (only modifiers unique per-outfit are saved).
- Can mark any bone modifier as per-outfit in advanced UI.
- Advanced UI is now always accessible in chara maker.
- Bones added by accessories and clothes are now supported and can be added through advanced UI.
