It's for those in the $5-$10 tier. Sometimes messages can get so jumbled, especially with Patreon's new message system, that I might overlook someone's idea. It can be a hassle to remake the poll sometimes especially if people already started voting. So in the event I miss someone, as a way to make up for that I will just draw and color their idea as if it won on top of whoever wins the poll.
