Notes While Writing Forrest & Sylvan
Added 2026-01-27 10:01:38 +0000 UTCWhen I’m writing Forrest and Sylvan’s story, I can’t help thinking that if it were turned into another BL story, it would probably play out like this:
Forrest is raised by Sylvan, and gradually falls in love with him. Out of guilt, Forrest resurrects Sylvan. As time passes, Sylvan no longer wants to leave Forrest, and they end up living together forever. Then Gray shows up again, and it turns into a full-on love triangle mess. 😂
But in this story, Forrest doesn’t have “love.” He has lost part of his emotions. And Sylvan, from the very beginning, has never liked being kept in the forest.

Sylvan will get what he deserves 🥰 At least Forrest gave him a chance to go out and explore.
