he should definitely have realized it by now. there’s a lot of puzzle pieces you can put together that make it extremely obvious: He had been called Zeke before. And in Midnight Sun he told Eren “we’re both victims of your father” and the screen flashed from Zeke’s face to Grisha’s and they look very similar. By this point seeing Grisha had a son named Zeke all those pieces should be put together.

He’s definitely been called Zeke by the the Titan carrying the boulders and maybe Reiner plus he was holding a toy monkey as a child when grisha said he would become a warrior so that was a little Easter egg but let Jon figure it out/remember for himself next time

This is one of my favorite episodes. Grisha's backstory is sad as fuck

It *was* revealed in episode 3 of this season that the Beast Titan's name Zeke. The titan with luggage on its back said, in it's creepy voice, "War Chief Zeke, the Scouts..." He noticed it and roasted the name, I'm almost certain. I think he just forgot where else he might have heard the name before

Yes, they were actually the majority of the titans we see in the first episodes after the colossal and armored titan first broke the walls.
