The highest production value AoT video game im aware of on consoles is called “Attack on Titan 2 Final Battle” it came out in 2018 and covers to the end of season 3. It can be very fun, at its best it really makes you feel like a soldier in this world zipping around like spider-man slicing titans up. The single player campaign has you create a custom character and they join the scouts and fight through the events of seasons 1 & 2. It has the show’s voice actors and it has some JRPG mechanics you wouldn’t expect as well. I’m sure there are other smaller indie games online that might be even better someone might be able to recommend to you, but I played Final Battle for a couple dozen hours and can vouch it’s not a waste of time
