I agree with most other comments, it's definitely difficult to get all of what's going on and honestly, most of the people watching the show will be. But that's also one of the things that make it so intriguing to watch again, because many things will make more sense and easier to pick up later on as you gain even more insight with the knowledge of later episodes. Don't stress yourself, it won't be the last time you're confused at that you're presented at the time.

As you stated in a previous reaction, the show does love to throw you 'in medias res' and confusion is perfectly warranted. The joy of this show is in how that confusion is remedied into a masterful story. The confusion here in the middle is all part of that fantastic journey.

The finale will be released on November 4th, u think we will get there by then? It would be great to watch it with you. But I know u got a life, so Im not expecting u to catch up that fast haha.

i have loved this journey of yours, but i really do wish that you would watch/post more episodes. i can only speak for myself, but i am in for the long haul of this channel. that being said, i would really love if you started posting more episodes every week, or if you started to post two episodes in every reaction. you are right in the thick of this show learning all of the lore and advancing the plot, and i think that your viewers would benefit greatly from something like double uploads.

As others have said, you’re doing a great job taking in the information and are definitely asking all the right questions based off of what you’re shown, many of which others don’t pick up on during their first watch. While it’s near impossible to pick up on every clue and bit of foreshadowing during your first, I assure you are dealing with all the critical information well and I appreciate your mid episode thoughts about explaining where your heads at and the questions you have. It will make the day where you know it all even more rewarding. Lol at the end, yes one day!

Just a note or two to help separate what's an intentional mystery from what you might have just forgotten: -We/the characters know that just eating a person isn't going to turn a "pure titan" into a human because humanity has captured titans who have eaten people before (remember Sonny & Bean from season 1) -You're right the show hasn't talked about the origins of pure titans, that's the next logical question. You/the audience may be able to come up with good guesses based on past teases but no you're not in the dark about anything; the story doesn't expect you to know yet. You're the proper level of confused.

Yeah I don’t blame you for feeling this confused Jon, I’m pretty sure a lot of us were confused as well, but this show always shows us the answers later on but they put more questions as well

I want to assure you that you're doing an amazing job taking all this information in and responding to it. I promise you're not saying anything foolish, any misconceptions you might have are minor and understandable and like you say, the story is intentionally obfuscating! Some of your commentary on the plot & characters is truly prescient, it's obvious to anyone watching that you're paying good attention. I know it's hard but try not to take the hyper-critical comments to heart!

As a general rule for attack on titan, they haven't explained it yet. Stuff like JJK which is super technique based is very explanation overkill in comparison but that show needs it. You are still supposed to be guessing about a lot of things and concepts in AoT at this point in the story. Don't worry mate.
