Changes to Ally and Guardian tier rewards

As previously posted on the Discord, I've come to accept that the current rewards for the highest tiers are unsustainable as they are, leading to burnouts on my end and extreme waiting times on yours.
Therefore the rewards for the mentioned tiers are about to change, the new rewards will be as follows
Ally:
-monthly sketch requests are unchanged
-stackable discounts now will cap at 50%. (month 1-10%, month 2-25%, month 3-50%), will still reset after the comm is done
Guardian:
-flat 50% discount on any commission without having to stack
-can now also ask for montly sketches
These changes will start having effect on November first and are NOT retroactive, so don't worry if you are still waiting to redeem a reward, this won't affect your past months of pledge. I will write a new FAQ/longer description for the rewards later in october for any doubts and eventual tweaks
I hope these changes cause you no inconvenience, but of course feel free to lower or cancel your pledge if you are not ok with them. I'm already thankful for all your past support and i fully understand
