If you want a grappling anime, Baki and Baki Hanma are both on Netflix and are excellent in terms of fight animation however the story leaves a bit to be desired

It still gets the point across but honestly some of the lines are translated a little more generically than the OG dialogue. Maybe its to avoid copyright, but Crunchyroll would be the best place to watch for the proper translation!
