I naturally thought she was his fave but he tells me he loves every sailor scout equally (like any of us kids). Then he tells me that he wanted Sailor Neptune specifically because sheβs elegant and gay. To which I laugh because he wears it well.
Iβll have to take a healed photo of the tattoo itself some time.
