Next Project Poll

So, I have a few options on what I could work on next, and I'd like to see what you all would like to see updated next.

I could work on the next update for The Expanding Alchemist. I've heard people saying the game is too grindy at the moment, so for the next update I will add some new ways to make money. These new ways will likely be new quests with money rewards, and letting the MC work at the brothel or some extra coin as well, meaning some more sex scenes and hopefully some new potions and growths.

I could also work on the Slay the Spire style game I've been working on. I started working on it with Godot, but I've ran into a few issues with it. However, when I tried researching the problems I was having, I came across a toolkit in Unreal Engine for what I wanted to do that already has most of the features I wanted to add. Since I already have some experience with Unreal, I think I'll switch to using that for the project. I haven't had much time to look into it more, but it looks very promising. I'll probably start out with it being 2D just to make things simpler, but with Unreal I could also switch to fully animated 3D models in the future. And maybe down the line I could even revisit that old Unreal project I was working on. I probably won't be able to make a fully function release yet, but I could post some images of what I get done to show what the game will be like.

I could also just do another update for Bloom War. I next to rework the gallery system to me more of a route map, and I would like to optimize the current process I'm using as much as I can. so future update will be easier to make. But with all the technical stuff I need to do, I'm not sure how much progress I'll be able to make in the actual routes.

I've also been wanting to make some smaller projects for some other story ideas I've had. But I know I should probably focus on what I've got on my plate already, so I won't dedicate too much time with them for now. But I might do some polls soon to see what kind of story you all would be interested in.

At the moment, I think the best course of action is to get the next update for The Expanding Alchemist done so the game feels better to play, and along side that maybe do a smaller update for Bloom War just to get the new route map feature done, as well as some other optimization things I need to do.

I I think it would be important to finish Bloom War first and if only one route is finished story-wise. I have the feeling that most people always look forward to these updates.
